This sprayer comes complete with viton seals and a polyamide pump barrel for the most effective resistance to solvent based products as well as an increased chemical resistance.

What are the best seals for pressure sprayers?
This depends on what chemicals you are spraying. Flourocarbon (trade name Viton) is the best overall resistant material to the widest range of chemicals. However, it is more expensive than other materials. Cheaper pressure sprayers use Nitrile (or Buna N) seals which are lower in cost and only suitable for many water-based chemicals.


Product Testing
The sprayer has been tested with several high concentrations of the most common solvents, for example:

a) Naptha

b) Xylene

c) White Spirit

d) Decane

e) Heptane

The sprayer has also been tested in extreme conditions to ensure no leakage, deformation, pressure loss, or pumping mechanism failure and that the valve and seal maintain there integrity.

The product was tested at:

a) Maximum operation pressure at 14.5 PSI (3 bar)

b) 40 Degrees Celsius

c) For 15 days
